Welcome to the Community of Altos de la Marquesa VII. Here you will find information about the community and surrounding area which will be of interest to both residents and visitors alike.
Altos de la Marquesa VII is an exclusive urbanisation of blue-top villas located on the outskirts of the small town of Rojales, in the Province of Alicante on Spain's Costa Blanca, within easy reach of Alicante, Torrevieja, Elche and Murcia. It is a small international Community with owners from Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Russia and the United Kingdom.
Overlooking La Marquesa golf course, and the fertile valley of the River Segura, the Vega Baja, bounded by the Crevillente mountains to the west, and the white beaches of the Costa Blanca coastline to the east.
There’s a wealth of interesting places to visit with much to surprise and delight you, and whatever time of year you visit, Marquesa VII makes an excellent touring base for the south-east Costas of Spain.
