AGMs are held in October. The date and location will be advised at the appropriate time.
The community notice board is to the right of the main pool entrance.
Access to the Swimming pool is restricted by a coded lock. Contact the president for the current access code. During the year this may change depending upon the situation, but will always change for the following year. You will be advised of the new code on your next visit.
Swimming Pool Hygiene is an essential part of health and safety both for you and everyone else living on Marquesa VII.
Please follow the Swim and Stay Healthy guidelines.
Marquesa VII is situated in a rural area. The urbanisation is on a hill and the access roads are quite steep made even more difficult if you are carrying a load of shopping. Taxis are available locally and there is a bus service but it can not be classed as frequent. To take advantage of the area and what it has to offer, you ideally need your own car.
Post boxes for the receiving of mail are to the left of the main pool entrance.
