The Annual General Meeting deals with the accounting and budget for the Community. Once the budget has been approved, each owner has a legal responsibility to pay in accordance with their "cuota", without exception. The Community is granted the right by law to collect this money.
Unpaid fees creates a situation which is unacceptable. When expenditure is more than income the shortfall must either be taken from savings or be paid by the owners in increased fees. The owners who pay on time should not have to subsidise the debts of others ... read more.
The 2010 AGM will be held on the 21st October, first call 10.00am, in the conference room of the Centro Municipal, Ciudad Quesada. Owners are invited to submit proposals and items for discussion in writing or email to the President or the Administrator. The closing date for items to be included in the Agenda is the 1st September. Remember to include your Plot Number.
You must be up to date with your community fees otherwise you will lose your right to vote. As ever, your vote is important, if you cannot attend the AGM then please nominate your proxy vote.

The risk of infection by bacteria and viruses is real. To minimise the risk the pool water is treated with chemicals and by observing a few simple rules we can all swim and stay healthy. Please follow the Swimming Pool Health and Safety guidelines.
